Retired Cuban Pastors
Honoring a Lifetime of Faithful Service
The Retired Cuban Pastor’s Fund exists to express gratitude for the men and women who have devoted their lives to proclaiming the Gospel across the island. After decades of ministry—often under challenging economic conditions—many pastors enter retirement with extremely limited financial resources.
In Cuba, Methodist pastors receive an average monthly salary of just $8 USD. With such modest income, their contributions to the national retirement system remain very low, resulting in minimal support once they leave active ministry.
This fund helps bridge that gap.
Retired pastors will receive an additional 5,000 Cuban pesos (approximately $10 USD) each month. While modest by global standards, this supplement makes a meaningful difference in their daily lives, offering greater stability, dignity, and peace of mind in their later years.
By contributing, you become part of their story—honoring their lifelong commitment to ministry and ensuring they are not forgotten in retirement.
